OGAD - releases
Everything that ships to your Mac or Windows PC, in the order it shipped. Platform availability differs:
- macOS stable - version 0.0.42 is tested, signed and notarized for Apple Silicon. Download macOS stable.
- macOS nightly - the nightly build rebuilds on every change, so you get new features first. Expect rough edges.
- Windows x64 stable - version 0.0.42 is the stable release of the free core app. Download Windows x64 stable or read its release notes. Pro is not included.
- Windows x64 nightly - the nightly build is available if you want new work sooner. Expect rough edges.

What’s in the current build
A full AI studio on your own machine, everything the cloud chat apps do without the cloud, the account, or the bill.
- Chat - text and vision, streaming, with a reasoning mode. 15-30 tokens a second on a flagship Mac.
- Image generation - text-to-image and image-to-image on your own GPU. Ships Z-Image-Turbo and SDXL-Lightning, with a live per-step preview.
- Voice - speech-to-text with Whisper, text-to-speech with Kokoro, and a hands-free voice mode, all on-device.
- Your model library - a catalog of local models with sizes, plus Hugging Face search.

How updates reach you
New work lands on nightly the moment it’s built. Tested work graduates to stable. Stable is the recommended track on both macOS and Windows; install a nightly only if you want new work sooner and are comfortable with rough edges. On macOS, the stable app updates itself in place.
